Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Salesforce project management, including requirement gathering, planning, and execution. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets with stakeholders, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices

Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to align project goals. Lead meetings, presentations, and project reviews

Lead cross-functional teams including Salesforce developers, administrators, and consultants, fostering collaboration for smooth execution

Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, ensuring on-time and budget-compliant delivery

Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource usage, ensuring efficiency and profitability

Oversee the delivery of Salesforce solutions that exceed client expectations, providing regular status updates and reports
