The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to enhance user adoption and retention.
  • Guide users through product activation and ensure seamless adoption.
  • Provide strategic support to construction professionals, empowering them to succeed.
  • Engage with potential clients by responding to inquiries and providing detailed product insights.
  • Analyze user engagement metrics and adjust sales strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
  • Run outreach campaigns, including prospect targeting and follow-up tracking.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends to innovate and improve sales approaches.

Ideal Profile

Requirements

Must-Have :

  • Fluent English : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in SaaS sales.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in high-touch client interactions.
  • Adaptability & Coachability : Open to feedback and thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Nice-to-Have :

  • Familiarity with tools like Slack, HubSpot, and Stripe.
  • Background in construction or technology industries.
  • Strong sales strategy development skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and refine sales strategies.
