Job description : We are seeking a highly skilled Senior / Lead Full-stack Developer to join our team. This rolerequires a deep understanding of JavaScript and experience with high traffic production servers.Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain robust JavaScript applications.
• Implement and optimize front-end solutions using React / Next.js, Tailwind CSS, andanimation libraries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop user interfaces
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices for maintainable code.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to front-end functionality and performance.Skills :
• Proficient in JavaScript, managing high traffic on production servers.
• Expertise in web technologies, including a deep understanding of the HTTP protocol andbrowser DOM models.
• Strong frontend development skills with experience in React / Next.js, Tailwind CSS, andanimation libraries like Framer Motion, emphasizing UI detail.
• Demonstrated strength in technical design.
• High attention to code quality and maintainability.
• Familiarity with cloud computing, particularly AWS.Nice to have :
• Experience with Lottie, Remotion, or Motion Canvas.
• Knowledge of video stream processing.
• Ability to build complex editor-style UIs similar to Photoshop.
• Strong DevOps skills.
• Designer skills and an artistic background.
• Previous work showcasing a sophisticated frontend demo, or open-source projects on GitHub are highly valued.
