Scope of the Role

The company is looking for a Video Editor to create compelling direct-response ad creatives from raw content. You’ll focus on Meta platforms (Facebook / Instagram), with potential expansion into TikTok and others. The ideal candidate works quickly, creatively, and independently—delivering polished ads that convert.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw video and photo assets into polished direct-response ads optimized for Meta
• Create multiple ad variations to test hooks, CTAs, and formats
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align creatives with brand voice and campaign goals
• Leverage AI tools (if applicable) to enhance or generate content (e.g., environments, effects, plug-and-play workflows)
• Ensure videos are platform-ready (aspect ratios, captions, file formats)
• Maintain fast turnaround times while delivering high-quality, creative work
