We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Creative & Marketing Director to lead our brand's creative vision and marketing strategy. This is a unique opportunity to shape the aesthetic and voice of a leading real estate development and hospitality company with a focus on creating impactful spaces to live, work, and thrive.
Responsibilities
- Own the Brand's Creative Direction : Drive the creative vision for our company across all channels, from digital content to physical property branding.
- Manage End-to-End Marketing Campaigns : Lead the full lifecycle of marketing initiatives, from strategic planning and creative development to launch and performance analysis.
- Ensure Brand Consistency : Oversee and maintain brand standards for all visual assets, content, and messaging to guarantee a cohesive and high-quality brand experience.
- Optimize Performance : Track and analyse marketing performance metrics, using data to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
- Oversee Project Execution : Ensure meticulous and timely execution of all creative and marketing projects, guaranteeing that no detail is overlooked.
- Enhance Operational Workflows : Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for creative and marketing processes to boost efficiency and collaboration.
Ideal Experience & Traits
Experience : 5+ years in a creative leadership, brand, or marketing director role, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in real estate development or hospitality. Experience in DTC or consumer product companies is also highly valued.A Creative Portfolio : A compelling portfolio that showcases a diverse range of work, including branding, content, and successful campaigns.Demonstrated Success : A proven track record of developing and executing high-performing marketing initiatives across various channels, including social media, email, and web.Leadership Skills : Experience leading cross-functional teams and external vendors, fostering a collaborative and inspiring environment. You are a natural leader who can motivate and get the best out of your team.Strategic Vision & Tactical Execution : The ability to balance a strong creative vision with the hands-on, tactical execution needed to bring projects to life.Detail-Oriented & Proactive : You are highly organized, proactive, and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.Market Insight : A sharp eye for market trends, guest appeal, and design that resonates with our audience.
