Administrative Support : Manage the COO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. Documentation : Prepare, edit, and organize reports, presentations, and other documents. Task Management : Assist in prioritizing tasks, ensuring timely completion of projects, and tracking progress while reporting delays. Event Coordination : Organize business travel, company events, and team meetings as needed. Information Management : Maintain confidentiality and effectively manage sensitive information. Research : Conduct research and compile data for decision‑making purposes. Trustworthy with proven experience as an administrative or executive assistant, preferably in a fast‑paced environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), PDF, Google services, and CRM software. Proven ability to effectively utilize AI resources. Strong written and verbal English communication skills (minimum B1 level). Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed. Willingness to work MST business hours. Job Types : Full‑time, Permanent. Pay : $900.00 – $1,000.00 per month. Experience : Administrative Assistant : 1 year (required). Language : English B2‑C1 level (required).
