Senior Product Designer (Remote - Latam)

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience for innovative financial products in the digital and cryptocurrency space. You will lead end-to-end design processes, transforming complex concepts into intuitive, user-friendly solutions while balancing business goals and technical constraints. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and data analysts, to create seamless experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will leverage research, data, and design systems to drive strategic design decisions, mentor junior designers, and contribute to a culture of innovation. Accountabilities :

• Lead the end-to-end product design process from research and ideation to high-fidelity prototypes and handoff to engineering.
• Translate complex financial and digital concepts into clear, simple, and engaging product experiences.
• Conduct and synthesize user research, leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to define product requirements, roadmaps, and strategy.
• Drive alignment and discussions across teams, effectively managing feedback from multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems, including components, tokens, and documentation.
• Mentor junior designers and advocate for design best practices across the organization.
