About the Role

We’re helping the CEO of a digital marketing agency hire a an Executive Assistant. He runs a fast-paced company focused on eCommerce growth and is looking for someone organized, reliable, and easy to work with.

Your job is to help him stay on top of communication, scheduling, and daily tasks — while also handling personal logistics like appointments, renewals, and errands. You’ll work remotely from Latin America, with flexible hours and a few check-ins each week.

What You’ll Do

You’ll help create order in the day-to-day by managing schedules, tracking tasks, and handling a mix of operational and personal support.

You will :

Manage calendar and book meetings with clients, internal team, and partners

Organize emails, reminders, and follow-ups

Track tasks across tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion

Coordinate travel or personal appointments when needed

Handle errands like renewals, purchases, or light research

Keep recurring responsibilities on track (invoices, reminders, scheduling)

Write or edit short communications (confirmations, follow-ups, etc.)

Flag anything that’s falling behind and help close the loop

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need to know marketing — but you should be comfortable supporting someone busy, across both work and life.

You might be a good fit if you :

Have 2+ years of experience in an Executive or Personal Assistant role

Write and speak English confidently

Stay organized without constant reminders

Are comfortable switching between personal and business tasks

Have used tools like Google Calendar, Gmail, Slack, Notion, and Zoom

Handle information with care and follow through

Are based in Latin America

Bonus Points

Experience supporting agency founders or remote executives

Familiarity with project tracking tools or productivity systems

Background in marketing or creative industries (not required)
