Compensation : 4,000 to 4,500 USD / mo + Bonuses

We are seeking a senior-level backend engineer who is both a strong coder and comfortable with architecture-level decisions. You’ll design and scale systems that power our data platforms, working closely with experienced engineers in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For :

Fluent in English, with clear and collaborative communication

5+ years of professional backend development in C# / .NET

Hands-on experience with concurrency, multi threading, and asynchronous programming

Proven background in designing and scaling APIs and distributed systems

Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases at scale

Comfortable contributing both to system design (Solution Architect focus) and day-to-day coding

Nice to Have :

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)

Background in enterprise-level projects or large-scale data systems
