🎨 Web Design & UX
Create modern, responsive designs that align with brand identity and UX best practicesTranslate wireframes and mockups into pixel-perfect Webflow buildsOwn visual storytelling across landing pages, marketing sites, and CMS-driven layoutsCollaborate closely with design and marketing teams to support content strategy and conversion goals🧑💻 Webflow Development
Build and maintain scalable Webflow websites and landing pagesLeverage Webflow CMS, interactions, and components to enhance interactivity and performanceOptimize for SEO, page speed, mobile responsiveness, and accessibilityMaintain and iterate on existing Webflow projects, implementing updates and improvements✅ Who You Are
2–4+ years of experience in Webflow development and designStrong portfolio showcasing clean, modern Webflow builds (marketing sites, SaaS, DTC, or startup preferred)Proficient in Webflow CMS, Figma, HTML / CSS , and light animations / interactionsClear understanding of UX / UI principles , responsive layout, and accessibilityExcellent attention to detail with a strong aesthetic eye🧠 Bonus : Familiar with conversion-focused design, A / B testing tools, or basic analytics integration🏅 Bonus : Experience with SEO best practices , Webflow site migrations, or CMS structuring for content teams📩 How to Apply
