Student Experience Specialist

At Blueprint Test Prep, we are looking for a Student Experience Specialist to join our Service team and support students throughout their test prep journey. This role is perfect for professionals with strong communication and organizational skills who want to make a direct impact on learners’ success in a fully remote environment.

Compensation : $9,000–$12,000 USD / year

Modality : 100% remote

Location : Brazil, Argentina, Colombia

As a Student Experience Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our students, helping them navigate their courses, resolve issues, and maximize the use of our platform. Your empathy, problem-solving skills, and proactive mindset will ensure an outstanding learning experience for every student, all while working from home with a collaborative international team.

Essential requirements

Bachelor’s degree completed0–3 years of experience in customer service, support, or student-facing roles

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

High level of empathy and ability to build trust quickly

Excellent organizational skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail

Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (HubSpot, Intercom, Zoom, Slack, etc.)

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
