About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Solution Engineering to lead our Midmarket and SMB team, managing presales and implementation activities. This role will oversee successful implementations, drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives, and maintain high customer satisfaction. The role reports to the Director of Solution Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Midmarket & SMB Solution Engineering team, focusing on presales efficiency and onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to develop and execute revenue-driving strategies.
  • Monitor and oversee deals to ensure successful execution and risk management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations.
  • Oversee the preparation and completion of RFPs.
  • Track KPIs for the LATAM team to align performance with organizational goals.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members, emphasizing continuous process and tool improvements.
  • Navigate complex project challenges to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • 6+ years of experience in solution engineering, technical sales, or similar roles within SaaS companies.
  • Strong technical background in web infrastructure, web analytics, and data management.
  • Proven experience with CRM and integrations (Salesforce, Hubspot).
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (JS / HTML / CSS).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can solve complex technical challenges creatively.
  • Experience managing remote teams and fostering collaboration.
  • Quick learner, passionate about technology, with a 'launch fast and iterate' mindset.
  • Mentorship skills and talent development focus.
  • Experience working in international settings, especially with teams in Eastern Europe, is preferred.
