You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to design tools that drive adoption, enable accurate estimation, and deliver a consistent, connected experience for internal teams and external customers.### Responsibilities : Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to define UX strategy and design solutions. Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows that communicate design ideas effectively. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate designs. Translate complex business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly experiences. Maintain design consistency and best practices across multiple tools and platforms. Advocate for users in all aspects of product design, ensuring their needs are prioritized.### What You’ll Achieve Consistent Connected Experience : Ensure cohesive and user-friendly experiences across internal and external touchpoints. Customer Trust & Accuracy : Design interfaces that make estimation and commercial tools transparent, reliable, and easy to use. Customer Adoption : Improve usability and accessibility to encourage adoption and engagement across Sales-led, Customer-led, Product-led, and Partner-led initiatives.### Desired Skills : 3+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in SaaS, CRM, or enterprise systems. Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and interaction design. Experience designing for Salesforce or complex commercial / enterprise platforms is a plus. Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.). Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
