About the Role

We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our internal team and step into a role that blends lead generation, campaign support, coordination, and a bit of social media handling. This position exists to cover and expand on the responsibilities of a current team member whose role has evolved significantly.

In this role, you'll work closely with our Growth & Business Development Manager and our Strategic Lead to help keep things moving across multiple client and internal initiatives. You won’t just be executing tasks, you’ll be thinking, tweaking, researching, organizing, and growing with us.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead Generation & Marketing

• Running LinkedIn messaging campaigns via HeyReach .
• Finding leads using tools like LinkedIn , Sales Navigator , Lusha , and Apollo .
• Building and uploading lead lists.
• Segmenting campaigns by audience type.
• Tracking performance metrics.
• Helping evolve our campaign strategy alongside our Strategic Lead.
• Supporting email marketing setup including warming up domains and building sequences.
