Freelance SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – Employee Central & Spanish Payroll. Remote | 6-12 Month Contract | Spanish Speaking.

We are working with a leading global organisation looking to engage an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant on a freelance basis. This role focuses on Employee Central and Spanish Payroll, supporting a critical HR transformation program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Spanish Payroll.
  • Partner with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and ensure compliance with Spanish payroll regulations.
  • Act as subject matter expert, providing guidance, best practices, and support across project phases.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Strong expertise in Spanish Payroll.
  • End-to-end project experience including design, configuration, testing, and support.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
