Descripción del trabajo5–10 years of engineering experience, including 3+ years in data engineering and 1+ year in AI ; Expertise building scalable data pipelines and platforms (Spark, S3, Databricks, Snowflake); Proven experience designing and delivering AI systems, particularly RAG and memory-focused architectures ; Familiarity with modern AI tools and techniques — foundation models, vector databases, prompt engineering, system evaluation; Strong knowledge of data architecture patterns (medallion, STAR), incremental ingestion, and data quality assurance; Demonstrated ability to lead projects end-to-end and work independently; Ownership-driven mindset, eagerness to learn, adapt, and ship results quickly in a fast-paced environment. A great sense of humor 😊 Fully remote setup; Compensation in USD; Part-time probation (20 hours / week, Pacific Standard Timezone), then moving into full-time engagement; Supportive team and exciting projects.
