Main contributions of the work
Leads the payroll and personnel administration process for Lesaffre Argentina, guaranteeing accuracy in the information, compliance with legal regulations and deadlines.
Create and execute the company’s compensation and benefits (C&B) policies, including the salary review processes and reward campaigns (support other LATAM countries)
Support and execute the payroll strategy in his / her perimeter of action
Key Responsibilities
Leads the payroll process, supervising internal or external teams (outsourced)
Defines KPIs and payroll management policies.
Defines the procedures to review and improve the correct application of the CBA (changes of categories; absenteeism; production bonuses, job grades, etc.).
Assumes the role of Project Manager in the implementation of the payroll software or to change Payroll model
Defines service contracts with the payroll and HR providers.
Performs the tasks associated with expat employees in Argentina (administrator of the host country payroll) in contact with the Global Mobility team in Lesaffre and other external consultants (Social Security; Migrations; etc.).
Supports the creation of onboarding and offboarding procedures.
Leads the HR Budget and headcount campaigns.
Harmonizes HR practices throughout Lesaffre Argentina and supporting the LATAM region.
Responsible for the implementation of key C&B digital tools and KPI’s
Improves union relations.
Executes the job evaluation processes.
Provides coaching and develops his / her direct reports from the payroll function.
Supports Compliance team with labor litigations and policies.
Supports internal communication activities, providing key information on benefits or management in general (engagement calendar)
Work with EHS to make sure all newcomers receive safety training.
