Chief of Staff – Remote
Overview
Our client is a fast-growing SaaS company transforming the partnerships space. They are building the next-generation PRM : an intuitive, automated platform that streamlines onboarding, engagement, and deal tracking—replacing outdated tools with technology built for scale.
The company is bootstrapped, profitable, and growing 100% quarter over quarter .
The Role
We are seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner to the Founders, turning vision into execution, driving high-impact initiatives, and ensuring the company operates at peak efficiency. This role blends strategy, operations, and cross-functional leadership , with direct influence on the company’s growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate executive vision into actionable plans with clear outcomes.
- Drive strategic projects and proactively remove roadblocks.
- Act as the Founders’ right hand, ensuring priorities are managed effectively.
- Align product, sales, partnerships, and operations teams around shared goals.
- Identify and implement process improvements, while leading special projects.
