Job Summary

We are seeking a Product Manager with deep experience leading early-stage product cycles - from kickoff and structured discovery to MVP definition, wireframes, and cross-functional handoff. In this role, you will work directly with client stakeholders to translate business goals into requirements, validate concepts through iterative wireframing, and produce a complete, execution-ready package for engineering delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead client kickoff and discovery sessions to establish goals, success metrics, constraints, and marketplace structure

Run business analysis workshops to surface use cases, user journeys, and priority features

Create and maintain personas across core audiences (e.g., buyers, sellers, admins) to anchor product decisions

Translate discovery findings into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Oversee and refine early wireframe iterations to ensure alignment with user intent and marketplace objectives

Drive structured stakeholder review cycles and incorporate feedback into final design recommendations

Define the MVP scope using structured prioritization and convert it into a milestone-based development plan

Build a forward roadmap for post-MVP releases, sequencing high-value features by impact and risk

Identify the resource mix required for execution (engineering, design, QA) and document delivery assumptions

Produce a handoff package containing requirements, personas, approved wireframes, and build recommendations

Partner with engineering & design through clarifications and expectation control to ensure smooth execution

Requirements

5+ years in product management with ownership of 0 1 launches or MVP builds

Direct experience running structured discovery and business analysis with clients / stakeholders

Demonstrated ability to convert ambiguous ideas into clear product scopes and PRDs

Hands-on experience reviewing or producing low-fidelity wireframes to validate approach

Strong written product documentation and backlog definition skills

Skilled in prioritization frameworks, tradeoff storytelling, and roadmap communication

Experience working with marketplace or multi-sided platforms is a strong plus

Exceptional stakeholder communication and meeting facilitation ability
