Responsibilities

• Architect and develop complex Salesforce solutions that bridge platform constraints and ambitious platform vision.
• Lead technical design discussions, mentor junior developers, and delegate tasks to ensure large‑scale initiatives meet milestones.
• Implement best practices, optimize application performance, and ensure scalability for enterprise‑level deployments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and leverage new features to enhance our product.
• Provide feedback, support team through change, and roll up sleeves to try new processes.

While we operate as a remote company, all roles are expected to participate in occasional travel for in‑person company‑wide or departmental meetings, typically 1‑2 times per year.
