Content Creator

Role Overview : We’re looking for a creative and community-driven Content Creator to build effective connections with our audience through engaging content and authentic interactions.

In this role, you’ll craft compelling content across digital platforms while fostering a vibrant community where our users feel heard, connect and drive success.

Key Responsibilities : Develop and produce high-quality content across social media, platforms, and other digital channels.

Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing goals, product launches, and community initiatives.

Experiment with different formats — video, graphics, memes, reels, podcasts — to keep content fresh and engaging.

Monitor conversations, answer questions, and build relationships with followers, customers, and brand advocates.

Work with Art and Marketing areas to organize virtual or in-person community events, releases, and other activities to strengthen community bonds.

Track content and community performance metrics, turning insights into actionable recommendations.

Identify trends and community sentiment to inform content strategy and product improvements.

Ensure high levels of compliance and credibility in the overall delivery of initiatives and actions.

Requirements : Proven experience in content creation using tools such as Capcut.

Be proactive in researching and producing content with the latest-social trends Strong storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging content across formats.

Industry Sector : Fintech, Wallets, Crypto currencies or related industries Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategy.
