We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to a busy Founder. The Founder is currently serving as the central point for all communications and decisions, which has created a bottleneck in daily operations. This role is essential to introduce structure, manage the Founder’s schedule and correspondence, and take ownership of critical administrative tasks, allowing the Founder to focus on strategic growth and leadership.

Key Responsibilities :
- Proactively manage the Founder’s calendar, inbox, and communications
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, notes, and follow-ups
- Track and manage action items and project deadlines
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion
- Serve as the Founder’s gatekeeper, ensuring priorities are aligned and time is optimized
- Anticipate needs and proactively address potential issues before they arise
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the Founder
Requirements
Excellent English skills (C1+)2-4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant (or related roles) supporting a Founder or C-level executive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh integrity, discretion, and professionalismAbility to prioritize effectively and manage multiple responsibilities under pressureProficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and other productivity toolsMust be located in LatamWhat We Offer :
