Key Responsibilities

• Manage a pod of team members (3+). Oversee a team of 4+ direct reports and lead them toward shared and individual goals.
• Coach and mentor team members through feedback, skill development, and growth opportunities.
• Handle complex client accounts with high-quality execution, strategic thinking, and timely communication.
• Drive client growth and continuously improve team skills by proactively innovating channel strategies.
• Ensure delivery of a top-tier product for clients within the pod and oversee the development of team members’ marketing skills and strategic capabilities.
• Manage your book of business, monitor account performance, sentiment, and retention to retain and grow clients.
• Leverage AI technologies and Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to optimize processes within the department.
• Serve as a key leader on designated accounts and as a point of escalation for strategy and account performance.
