What We’re Looking For
This is a brand-new role at . We’re not hiring someone to be told what to do : we’re hiring someone to help us build a stronger smarter sales function from the ground up. That means you’ll need to be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on doer.
What You’ll Be Doing :
Identify and close new business opportunities in the company’s target verticals (e.g., government, education, finance, and corporate).
Build a pipeline using outreach, research, referrals, and partnership opportunities.
Experience with preparing and delivering proposals (RFIs, RFQs) is a plus.
Collaborate with the CEO and Project teams to align offerings with client needs and capacity.
Analyze results and help us build a smarter, more scalable sales engine.
What This Role Is Not :
This is not a plug-and-play sales role. You won’t walk into a polished CRM with leads waiting. You’ll be co-creating the system, defining KPIs, and helping us design an incentive model based on real results.
