ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Delivery Manager , you’ll lead end-to-end project execution while shaping strong client relationships and enabling teams to operate with clarity, confidence, and autonomy. You’ll drive delivery excellence, establish effective workflows, and ensure projects run smoothly across financial, operational, and cross-functional dimensions. This role offers meaningful influence on team development, process maturity, and customer success in a collaborative, high-growth environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle;
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded;
• Develop and manage project estimates and budgets, ensuring financial goals are achieved;
• Lead project teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects;
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders;
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues as they arise;
• Coordinate and oversee the work of project team members, including assigning tasks and setting deadlines;
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting professional growth and development;
• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation through closure;
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of experience in project / delivery management; Experience as a delivery manager; Demonstrated experience in managing projects from start to end, including inceptions; Experience managing external clients; Proficiency in project management software and tools; Exceptional English level, communication and leadership skills.
