Descripción del trabajo5+ years as a senior IT engineer / Level 3 in MSP or enterprise. Strong Azure expertise (resources, policies, automation). Advanced networking (firewalls, routing, VoIP troubleshooting). Active Directory, Windows Server, Microsoft 365. Excellent English for client-facing support. Bonus : Mac support, ConnectWise / Datto familiarity. Weekdays : Noon–8pm CST One weekend day : 8am–5pm CST Days off : One weekday + one weekend day (2 total) Device provided

We’re hiring a Level 3 Engineer to provide advanced technical support and infrastructure expertise for our US-based MSP clients. This role is ideal if you thrive in complex problem-solving, infrastructure projects, and mentoring junior engineers.
What You’ll Do
- Handle escalations from Level 2 engineers.
- Perform advanced Azure tasks : resource setup, policies, security, scripting, automation.
- Support enterprise networking : firewalls, routing, VPNs, VoIP optimization.
- Mentor Level 1–2 engineers, ensuring best practices.
- Document escalations, infra changes, and project work.
- Contribute to migrations and enterprise initiatives.
