telefonische und schriftliche Kundenbetreuung
individuelle Beratung zu Produkten unseres Auftraggebers
Sicherstellung der Kundenbindung und Kundenzufriedenheit
Dokumentation und Nachbereitung der Kundengespräche
Dein Profil
sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2) in Wort und Schrift
sicherer Umgang mit PC-Anwendungen
selbstständiges Arbeiten und hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation
ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Call Center Umfeld
