¿Cuál será el desafío?
El proyecto se desarrollará en 3 etapas:
Diagnóstico:
💡Auditoría de infraestructura y arquitectura actual.
💡Revisión de Azure, AKS, networking, gestión de secretos y backups.
💡Evaluación de proyectos satélite y oportunidades de mejora.
Remediación:
🎯 Hardening de infraestructura.
🎯 Optimización y soporte sobre pipelines CI/CD.
🎯 Mejoras operativas y documentación técnica.
🎯 Implementación de buenas prácticas de seguridad.
Validación:
⚡Acompañamiento durante pentest externo.
⚡Análisis y remediación de hallazgos.
⚡Cierre y fortalecimiento del entorno.
