Description
Help deliver a consistent and compliant employee experience at a critical moment in the employee lifecycle. As an HR Offboarding Lead you will guide employees and managers through end-to-end offboarding while partnering with key stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation and timely completion. Youll contribute to a strong control environment by maintaining clear records and ensuring processes align with requirements. We value proactive detail-oriented professionals who bring sound judgment and a service mindset.
As an HR Offboarding Lead in the Human Resources team you will supervise the end-to-end offboarding process and support employees and managers through required steps. You will partner with HR stakeholders to ensure offboarding activities align with local regulations and company policies. You will ensure accurate complete documentation and support related mobility and transfer processes across legal entities.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen controls and improve the offboarding experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint
