Campaign Data Analyst

What is this position about

• Translate campaign requirements into segmentation logic SQL queries and executable workflows
• Execute campaign code and generate list pulls using established frameworks
• Validate campaign outputs through reconciliation checks exploratory analysis and edge case detection
• Perform statistical checks to confirm segment distributions thresholds and suppression logic
• Write optimize and maintain SQL queries for large-scale extraction and analysis
• Support ETL workflows in SSIS (Visual Studio) including job monitoring and troubleshooting
• Use Tableau and Looker for data validation and analytical slicing (not dashboard development)
• Identify opportunities to automate campaign execution and validation to improve reliability and reduce risk
• Ensure secure delivery and compliance through SFTP transfers encryption/decryption and governance standards

Qualifications :

• Strong SQL skills for segmentation extraction and analytical validation
• Hands-on experience with SSIS and Visual Studio for ETL workflow execution
• Proven experience validating large datasets and performing analytical QA checks
• Familiarity with secure data transfer processes (SFTP encryption/decryption)
• Background in marketing CRM customer data or campaign operations
• Knowledge of Python and libraries such as pandas NumPy or SciPy is a plus
• Experience with version control workflows (Git) and modernizing legacy data processes is preferred

How much experience must I have

5 years of experience in data analytics campaign segmentation data validation or operational analytics roles with strong hands-on SQL and ETL execution skills.
