Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing team in Argentina or Mexico!

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join the Data Security & Risk team. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders and IT leadership to drive strategic data initiatives, enhance security processes, and support the delivery of innovative, AI-enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT leadership to define and execute product and project roadmaps.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Continuously assess priorities, identify risks and opportunities, and manage key deliverables and milestones.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to shape product vision, strategy, and feature prioritization.
• Define and enhance user experiences, support models, and monitoring capabilities for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and prioritize sprint backlogs, balancing business needs and technical requirements.
• Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring successful delivery of data-focused solutions.

Required qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience supporting data-related projects.
• Demonstrated interest in and exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and use cases.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and requirement-gathering skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams in complex environments.

Preferred qualifications

• Technical background or strong understanding of IT systems and architecture.
• Experience collaborating closely with technology teams on enterprise-level solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product delivery frameworks.
