¿Cuáles serán tus principales desafíos?
🔎 Desarrollar aplicaciones, servicios y componentes Full Stack.
🔎 Crear automatizaciones e integraciones entre sistemas mediante APIs, webhooks y servicios REST.
🔎 Aplicar IA Generativa para resolver necesidades concretas de desarrollo, automatización y negocio.
🔎 Desarrollar prototipos y pruebas de concepto para validar nuevas tecnologías.
🔎 Participar en la construcción de agentes, asistentes, RAG y workflows inteligentes.
🔎 Crear herramientas y scripts que mejoren la productividad de los equipos.
🔎 Investigar nuevas tecnologías y evaluar su aplicación.
🔎 Trabajar colaborativamente con equipos de Desarrollo, Infraestructura y otras áreas.
¿Qué buscamos?
💻 2 a 5 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software, Full Stack, Backend o similares.
💻 Buen manejo de al menos un lenguaje backend: Python, Java, Node.js/TypeScript, .NET o Go.
💻 Conocimientos de JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, APIs REST/JSON y SQL.
💻 Manejo de Git.
💻 Autonomía para comprender código existente, investigar problemas y desarrollar soluciones.
