We are looking for an AI-native Senior Salesforce Engineer: someone who already builds with agentic tools every day and has the judgment to know when their output is good and when it isnt.
You will join a small-to-medium highly efficient team that owns a client engagement from requirements through production with AI tooling running through every stage. You will own features from clarifying requirements with the client to shipping the release on whatever cadence the engagement runs.
This is not a role where AI is a side experiment. Agentic coding is how we work and we expect you to arrive with your own workflow your own opinions about it and the ability to raise the bar for the rest of the team.
