At INHAUS , we are partnering with a leading company in the insurance industry to find a Senior Commercial Executive to join its team in Córdoba, Argentina . We are looking for a commercially driven professional with solid experience in the insurance industry, strong knowledge of the local market, and the ability to build and develop long-term relationships with insurance brokers, agents, and key business partners . The role will have a strong focus on business development, portfolio expansion, and identifying new opportunities across the region. Key Responsibilities Manage and strengthen relationships with insurance brokers and agents , acting as their main point of contact with the company. Identify new business opportunities and define strategies to expand and develop the portfolio. Attract new insurance brokers and agents and generate commercial opportunities across the region. Analyze the market, competitors, and key business indicators to identify growth opportunities. Monitor commercial KPIs and define action plans based on performance and business results. Collaborate closely with Technical, Claims, Finance, Customer Service, and other internal teams to address the needs of brokers and policyholders. Contribute to client satisfaction and build sustainable, long-term commercial relationships. Conduct regular visits to brokers and business partners across the region. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in commercial roles within insurance companies . (Required) Strong knowledge of the insurance market and its commercial dynamics. Experience in portfolio development, new business acquisition, and relationship management. Ability to analyze business indicators and translate insights into commercial actions. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Autonomy, results orientation, and a strong business mindset. Residence in Córdoba Capital . (Required) Work Model 📍 Córdoba, Argentina Hybrid work model: 3 days per week on-site at the company’s offices .
