We are seeking a reliable and organized Virtual Assistant – Client Services & Operations to support daily administrative tasks, client communication, scheduling, and business operations.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable with technology, and enjoys creating excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries through email and messaging platforms
• Manage calendars, appointments, and follow-up reminders
• Maintain accurate client records and databases
• Organize documents, spreadsheets, and internal systems
• Assist with customer onboarding processes
• Support daily administrative operations
• Track leads and client communications using CRM tools
• Assist with social media coordination and online content organization
• Provide excellent customer service and timely communication

Qualifications

Required:

• Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or virtual assistance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
• Comfortable using Google Workspace and online platforms
• Reliable internet connection and computer

Preferred:

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Experience with CRM platforms
• Experience supporting small businesses or entrepreneurs
• Basic knowledge of Canva and social media platforms
