The Sales Operation Desk for managed Services (internally branded as “Live”) is managing the order to cash cycle of “Live” orders. This person is business oriented with strong communication skills, willing to give the extra mile for the company success. This person will manage NA orders.
- Tracking and following committed opportunities
- reviewing PO’s, Scope of work and any other related documentation.
- Order entry of Subscription and sales orders
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Daily communication with customer, partners, sales teams, project managers, Support teams and finance
- Recurring invoicing
- Managing change orders
- Follow up shipping HW to customers and delivery of SW.
- Follow up each project invoicing milestones
Requirements :
Excellent communication skills in English.Proven experience in sales operations or project managementPrevious knowledge in oracle cloud – an advantagePrevious knowledge in CRM - an advantageStrong understanding of agreementsTeam player, accurate, ability to work with multiple toolsStrong follow up abilities
