Role Overview
As a WordPress Developer at Clearlink, you’ll be working on the backbone of our digital brand ecosystem. You’ll collaborate with designers, SEO experts, marketers, and product managers to create world-class websites that rank, convert, and provide value to millions of users. This role requires both front-end and back-end WordPress expertise, with a focus on performance, responsiveness, and SEO-driven architecture.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins for Clearlink’s consumer-facing brands
- Build responsive, fast-loading, and SEO-optimized websites
- Integrate third-party APIs, analytics tools, and marketing platforms
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across staging and production environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical work with content and marketing strategies
- Continuously improve site performance, accessibility, and user experience
Requirements
4+ years of professional WordPress development experienceStrong skills in PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3Proven experience with SEO-driven development and optimizing Core Web VitalsFamiliarity with analytics integrations (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker)Experience with Git / version control and deployment pipelinesAbility to work with marketing teams to implement conversion-focused featuresStrong debugging and problem-solving skillsEffective communication in a collaborative, remote-friendly environmentNice to Have
