Responsibilities
Fullownership of all relationships (VARs, consultants and end-users), channelmanagement and sales activities within assigned region
Buildand implement sales action plans to effectively and efficiently execute oncompany strategy
Provideactive participation in sales activities required to achieve business successand deliver on financial objectives
Developkey sales competencies as required to maximize success, including but notlimited to prospecting, lead generation, influencing, business acumen andbusiness judgment
Maintainan extensive knowledge of customers, opportunities, markets and competition
Buildand maintain aggressive account growth plans of top customers in assignedgeography and execute those plans
Enableconnections with proper internal resources so as to provide our customers withvalue and ease of doing business
Addvalue to customers through activities including product demonstrations,regional trade shows and product road shows
Buildand execute on plans and market strategic initiatives to support customer andtraining needs, as well as provide feedback
You Must Have
BA / BSdegree with 5 to 7+ years’ experience
Enterprisesales experience
Securityaccess control and video industry sales experience
Developedand proven sales skills including prospecting, negotiating, influencing andselling
Travelavailability (up to 70%) for visits planned beforehand
SpanishProfiency
EnglishProfiency is preferred
