We're seeking a Creative Strategist to drive performance-focused creative for our DTC brand. You'll own the full creative pipeline from ideation to performance analysis, working closely with editors, designers, and media buyers to optimize our direct-response campaigns across Meta, Instagram, and YouTube.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Development & Production
- Ideate, script, and build weekly direct-response creative briefs (UGC short-form, DR edits, statics)
- Own end-to-end production from brief → creator / editor handoff → QA → upload / naming → handoff to media buying team
- Partner with editors and designers; provide crisp, timely feedback to hit spec and deadlines
- Develop platform-native concepts with emphasis on direct-response video
Performance & Strategy
Take ownership of performance; hit monthly / quarterly creative OKRs tied to CPA / CAC and win rateTranslate metrics (hook rate, hold, CTR, CVR, CPA) into weekly test plans and iteration prioritiesCollaborate with strategists and media buyers to set hypotheses, budgets, and success criteriaRun the insight loop : analyze → codify learnings → decide → brief → launch; document in NotionDaily Operations
Review ads performance and identify optimization opportunitiesIdeate new hooks / ads concepts and create briefs for video editors / graphic designersMaintain and expand angle library (problem + persona, stages of awareness)Track competitor / trend signals and market insightsManage multiple projects in fast-paced environment; communicate timelines, blockers, and trade-offs proactively.Requirements
Proven experience in creative strategy role for US-based DTC brands selling physical productsDeep understanding of direct-response advertising and performance marketingExperience with Meta, Instagram, and YouTube advertising platformsStrong analytical skills and comfort with performance metricsExcellent project management and communication skillsLocation : Eastern Europe or Asia preferred
