We’re looking for a Real Estate Portfolio Admin who can support both operational workflows and portfolio level financial visibility. You will work across property management systems, track ongoing activity and contribute to financial reporting, modeling and data organization. This role blends real estate operations with analytical work that helps leadership understand performance across the portfolio.
If you are strong in Excel, comfortable with property data and interested in startup style execution, this role offers a path shaped by both financial and operational exposure.

What You’ll Work On
Portfolio Reporting and Analysis
Support portfolio financial tracking including monthly and quarterly roll upsMaintain expense, revenue and utility records in Excel or NotionAssist with basic modeling, scenario work or trend analysisEnsure all financial data from property systems is accurate and completeProperty Operations and System Management
Maintain data across RentManager, AppFolio or similar platformsTrack maintenance activity, expenses and operational eventsSupport documentation and workflows for asset managementVendor and Maintenance Coordination
Communicate with vendors and property managers when operational tasks require follow upTrack recurring service schedules and confirm completionAssist with operational communication and updates as neededAccess Control and Technology Tools
