Main Purpose

• Lead, develop and direct the Medical Function in the Cono Sur (Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay & Bolivia) organization by medical structures ensuring medical governance and compliance with International Pharmaceutical Standards, PH Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), IFPMA Code of Pharmaceutical Marketing Practice and other as applicable.
• Support the business and foster the business growth of the Cono Sur Region by developing and implementing medical and clinical processes and activities in alliance with the overall PH strategy.
• Medical Director has the Code Compliance Officer functions in Argentina.

Your mission

Ensure compliance with ethical, scientific, and legal standards in all medical activities.

Establish and maintain a culture of medical and ethical excellence within the sub-region.

Represent the sub-region in the development and execution of LATAM medical strategies.

Oversee local and regional clinical trial execution, investigator-initiated studies, and post-marketing research.

Recruit, train, and develop high-performing medical teams.
