Job Title : Full-Time Performance Specialist for the Internal Virtual Latinos Team
Pay Rate : $12-14 per hour or monthly : $2080 to $2,426 USD
Full-Time Rate (post-training) : TBD
- The monthly salary range posted is stipulated as an average monthly income. However, all jobs at Virtual Latinos are hourly-based, and payments are calculated on the number of hours a person works daily. We pay our Virtual Professionals every 2 weeks through third-party platforms. The hourly rate range of the position is $12-14 USD per hour, depending on experience. Once a rate has been offered to you, it is non-negotiable.
Work Schedule : Monday-Friday, 9-hour shift with a 1-hour lunch break. The entire shift should fall between 7 am- 4 pm PST, preferred.

Job Tasks :
Keyword Research and Analysis :Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords.Analyze keyword competition and search volume to make informed suggestions.Report any relevant discoveries that affect the campaign performance.Paid Advertising Campaign Planning and Setup :Assist and implement Performance campaign strategies aligned with business goals.Set up approved Performance campaigns, including ad groups, ad copy creation, and targeting options.Utilize Geographical and Demographic Segmentation both within and out of network mechanisms.Write compelling ad copy that is relevant to target keywords and appeals to the target audience.Conduct A / B testing of ad variations to optimize for better click-through rates (CTR) and conversions.Utilize ad extensions to enhance ad visibility and provide additional information.Work on improving the Quality Score of keywords by optimizing landing pages and ad relevance.Identify and address issues affecting Quality Score and overall campaign performance.Implement conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.Analyze conversion data to make data-driven decisions for optimization.Budget & Bid Monitoring :Manage daily and monthly budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation of resources.Provide recommendations for budget adjustments based on campaign performance.Monitor and carry out approved adjusted bids to achieve the desired position and maximize ROI.Implement bidding strategies to follow a compounded agenda in a timely manner.Make informed suggestions and budget forecasting upon the prospection and utilization of each in-network model.Competitor Analysis :Monitor competitor Performance activities and adjust strategies accordingly.Identify opportunities and gaps in the market to gain a competitive advantage.Keep abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and new features on advertising platforms.Attend training sessions or webinars to enhance skills and knowledge.Reporting and Analysis :Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, conversion rate, and ROI.Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Data Protection & Policy ComplianceCommunicate regularly upon data collection variants.Hash customer information under the SHA256 standard.Manage databases by following the in-house privacy and security criterion.Ensure our campaigns are meeting the requirements of each network.Quickly adjust to policy changes.Responsibilities :
Report on specific KPIs and budget based on marketing and business objectives to the Performance Manager.Make relevant and informed suggestions to influence large advertising accounts and budgets.Hands-on tier 1 experience planning and buying across multiple platforms such as, (mainly) Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (Bing), Meta (Facebook / Instagram) & LinkedIn.Analyze performance data and provide optimization opportunities to highlight key trends and insights regularly.Proactively monitor performance, pacing, and ad verification metrics.Proactively propose alternatives to adjust and scale the account.Create campaign comprehensive reports and assist with reporting presentations.Identify new testing opportunities (e.g., new ad formats, bidding / algorithmic models, targeting capabilities, partners).Meet with Ad platform strategists and work closely with them on campaign optimization.Utilize remarketing audiences to customize and personalize the user journey.Work with internal partners to obtain relevant approvals and align with wider marketing campaigns.Work closely with other digital media teams to collaborate on cross-channel initiatives.Achieving growth across business goals, maximizing revenue and ROAS.Required Skills :
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4Auditing and Reporting systems acumen.Google Ads Certified.Solutions-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective time management skills, including multitasking and prioritization.Nice to have Skills
Experience using Project Management Software (We use Infinity ).Google Workspace admin portal for full management proficiency.Experience in UI / UX design admin work tasks.Seniority level
