Digital Resource is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Yext & Community Management Specialist to join our growing Social Media team.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing online business listings, monitoring and responding to client reviews, and engaging with communities across social platforms.
Your contributions will directly support client satisfaction and digital visibility across major platforms like Google, Yelp, Facebook, and more.
Key Responsibilities Maintain and audit business listings through the Yext platform for accuracy and consistency.
Monitor and respond to online client reviews in a professional and timely manner, following brand voice and tone guidelines.
Lead reputation management efforts for select clients, including high-priority accounts.
Oversee comment moderation and direct message responses across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Escalate client issues and recurring feedback themes to the internal team.
Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and Assistant Manager for reporting and performance tracking.
What We’re Looking For Experience : 1–2 years in YEXT, listings management, online reputation, or community management roles preferred.
Entry-level candidates with strong communication skills and a desire to grow will also be considered.
Communication : Fluent in English (written); must have professional written tone and grammar.
Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with platforms like Yext, Google Business, Meta Business Suite, or Sprout Social is a plus.
Work Style : Reliable, detail-oriented, independent worker who thrives in a remote, deadline-driven environment.
Time Zone : Must be available to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours, Monday–Friday.
