Our client is a fast-growing DTC eCommerce brand focused on personal care products across oral hygiene, nail & foot care, and home hygiene categories.

The team is passionate about combining performance marketing with smart creative to scale our growth globally.

Are you a performance-minded creative thinker who knows how to turn insights into scroll-stopping ads?

We’re looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to join our fast-growing in-house marketing team and lead the strategy behind our paid social and display creatives.

This is not an executional role — you won’t be editing videos or designing ads yourself. Instead, you’ll be the creative brain behind our performance marketing : researching competitors, identifying trends, generating fresh ad concepts, and guiding our editing team to produce high-performing creative that drives real results.

What You’ll Do :

Lead creative strategy for Meta (primary), Google Demand Gen, and AppLovin campaigns

Analyze performance data, spot winning patterns, and develop new creative hypotheses to test

Research competitor ads, market trends, and direct-response angles that can inspire new creative directions

Write detailed creative briefs and concepts for our in-house editors and designers

Collaborate closely with media buyers (Meta & Google) and video editors to optimize ad performance

Build a structured creative testing framework — helping the team take big swings with new, original ideas rather than small iterations

Focus on ad formats like UGC, AI-enhanced video, lifestyle motion, and high-performing direct-response statics

You’ll Be Successful If You :

Consistently bring new creative concepts that outperform current ads (based on CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, etc.)

Know how to balance creativity with performance — you understand what makes people click and convert

Are comfortable leading brainstorms, making data-backed recommendations, and guiding editors toward top-performing ad variations

Love experimenting with storytelling angles, hooks, and visual concepts that grab attention fast

What We’re Looking For :

5+ years of experience in creative strategy for DTC / eCommerce brands or performance agencies

Proven track record creating and testing ad concepts across Meta (must-have) and ideally Google or AppLovin

Deep understanding of direct-response marketing principles

Strong research and analytical mindset — you base creative ideas on insights, not intuition

Excellent communication skills to bridge creative and media teams

Familiarity with video editing or design
