We are working with a leading global organisation looking to engage an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant on a freelance basis. This role focuses on Employee Central and Spanish Payroll, supporting a critical HR transformation program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Spanish Payroll.
• Partner with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and ensure compliance with Spanish payroll regulations.
• Act as subject matter expert, providing guidance, best practices, and support across project phases.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery.
