Marketing Art Director (Remote)

About this role :

As the Art Director, the contractor serves as a key creative contributor, supporting the development and application of Design Pickle’s brand identity within the internal marketing agency. The contractor partners with Design Pickle as a brand and collaborates with the marketing team to help maintain alignment between creative outputs, brand standards, and strategic direction. The engagement focuses on contributing creative expertise and design execution that reflects the Internal Agency’s visual standards and creative benchmarks. This service requires a strong understanding of branding and design principles, along with the ability to adapt brand guidelines across multiple platforms and audiences.

Work Hours : 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM EST / PST

Location : Remote, open to candidates in Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, he Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, or India .

Specific Scope of Services :

• Collaboration : Collaborate with Account Executives, Channel Sales, Sales Management, and Revenue Operations to align on project priorities and creative objectives.
• Creative Partnership : Partner with Design Pickle’s Internal Agency to clarify expectations and deliver high-quality graphic design outputs that align with brand standards.
• Design Development : Collaborate on the creation and refinement of visually engaging content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and digital channels.
• Graphic Production : Refine and produce high-quality visual assets that support brand messaging and creative strategy.
• Asset Coordination : Organize and maintain creative assets to help maintain efficient workflows and accessibility for future reference.
• Professional Growth : Stay informed of evolving design tools, techniques, and trends to support the continuous enhancement of creative quality and output.
