We’re looking for a Short-Form Video Editor who can turn raw footage, product moments, and narrative ideas into sharp, scroll-stopping videos built for modern social platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands pacing, rhythm, and visual storytelling in under 60 seconds and knows how to make technical or product-led content feel engaging and human.
You’ll work closely with a small, fast-moving team to produce short-form content that supports brand awareness, product education, and audience growth. This is a hands-on role with real ownership over creative execution.
If you’re comfortable editing fast, iterating quickly, and shaping content for platforms like TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and paid placements, this role will fit you well.

Edit short-form videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid socialShape tight, engaging edits with strong hooks, pacing, and retention in mindAdd captions, sound design, motion elements, and visual polish where neededRepurpose long-form or raw footage into multiple short-form variationsCreative Collaboration

2 to 4 years of experience editing short-form video for social or digital platformsStrong understanding of pacing, hooks, captions, and visual storytelling in short formatsProficiency with tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similarAbility to work quickly without sacrificing quality or clarityStrong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple edits at onceNice to Have
