We’re not just making products. We’re building categories. And we need a content-savvy product marketer who can tell stories that spark desire, build trust, and drive growth across both brands.

✍️ The Role

This isn’t a “just churn out blog posts” job. This is a content + growth + product marketing role where you’ll :

  • Craft compelling content strategies that fuel both SEO discoverability and AI search visibility.
  • Write clear, funny, psychology-backed copy that makes prospects go : “I need this now.”
  • Create case studies, product stories, landing pages, and email campaigns that don’t just describe features — they make people feel.
  • Whip up simple, polished custom graphics and visuals that give your content an extra punch.
  • Collaborate with our technical SEO partner to ensure our content is built to be found, cited, and loved by both humans and AI tools.

    • 🚀 What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a content calendar across blogs, social, email, and product launches.
  • Write product-led stories that educate, entertain, and convert.
  • Repurpose content into snackable formats (social posts, visuals, infographics, etc.).
  • Leverage marketing psychology (Cialdini, Jobs-to-be-Done, emotional triggers) in everything you create.
  • Produce simple graphics and design assets to support posts and campaigns.
  • Track performance, optimize, and run growth experiments around content and messaging.

    • ✅ What We’re Looking For

  • You’ve done content marketing for SaaS, B2B, or digital products.
  • A portfolio that shows personality-driven, conversion-focused writing.
  • Understanding of marketing psychology, buyer journeys, and persuasion frameworks.
  • Comfortable with SEO basics (keyword research, content optimization).
  • Bonus points if you’re familiar with AI SEO / generative discoverability strategies.
  • Strong enough design chops (Figma, Canva, Photoshop, etc.) to make your content look good.
  • Obsessed with brands like Awesome Motive, Basecamp, or Copyhackers.

  • A steady stream of high-quality content (long-form blog posts, landing pages, case studies, social graphics).
  • Product-focused campaign assets for launches, email, and social.
  • Messaging frameworks that make it easy to communicate our value clearly.
  • Growth-oriented content experiments and reporting on what moves the needle.

  • Ongoing / Part-Time to Full-Time depending on fit.
  • Flexible hours (remote-friendly, async-friendly).
