MGR Legal Counsel

An international organization in the infrastructure and technology sector is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Contract Manager to join its Data Center business unit.

This role is pivotal in overseeing and optimizing the commercial contract lifecycle, ensuring legal compliance, risk mitigation, and alignment with business strategy across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead contract governance and implementation for sales, procurement, and strategic partnerships.
• Provide legal and contractual advice to cross‑functional teams (Sales, Finance, Operations, Procurement).
• Define and implement contract models, templates, and negotiation frameworks tailored to the Data Center business.
• Manage internal contract systems, ensuring traceability and control of renewals, SLAs, liabilities, and milestones.
• Collaborate in complex negotiations to ensure balanced and strategic contract terms.
• Partner with Finance on CAPEX‑related contracts to ensure alignment between legal structure and financial interests.
• Advise on regulatory, corporate, and compliance aspects related to data center operations, infrastructure permits, and intercompany legal services.
