Responsibilities :

• Provide IT support for Microsoft core business applications.
• Design, implement, and support servers, networks, and cloud solutions.
• Manage VPNs, routers, firewalls, switches, and security configurations.
• Monitor systems, perform backups, and maintain documentation.
• Diagnose and resolve infrastructure and network issues.
• Ensure system stability and business continuity.

Requirements

Requirements

Experiencia en proyectos de transformación digital, con enfoque en analítica avanzada e inteligencia artificial. Experiencia comprobada en el levantamiento de requerimientos de negocio, identificación de casos de uso de IA y generación de business cases. Experiencia en trabajo colaborativo con áreas de negocio y tecnología, facilitando talleres, entrevistas y procesos de descubrimiento.
